PHIL HICKS

Phil is a co-founder and director of Integra Advisory. Phil has over 20 years experience in advising companies on financial matters, corporate strategy and managing corporate finance transactions including mergers & acquisitions and equity capital markets.

Prior to establishing Integra Advisory, Phil spent 13 years at Wilson HTM in the Corporate Finance team, most recently as the Head of Corporate Finance. During this time, Phil was instrumental in developing a leading market position for Wilson HTM in sectors such as coal seam gas, coal and mining services. Phil has managed a significant number of initial public offers, secondary capital raisings and mergers & acquisition transactions, most importantly developing long term relationships with clients.

During his time at Wilson HTM, Phil was an authorised manager under its Corporate Finance AFSL, chairman of the capital markets committee and member of the underwriting committee.

Phil is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has previously worked for Big 4 accounting firms, KPMG and Ernst & Young, initially in Audit and Assurance and later in Corporate Finance. During this time Phil undertook a number of due diligence, financial modelling and valuation assignments across a range of sectors.
